Hi. I need a slightly smaller size. Is it possible to have this scaled down to fit an existing concrete pad?

Oh I was also wondering if the roof could be modified to handle snow. Thanks!

Is it possible to make this habitable for 4 seasons in Pennsylvania? Is it framed with 2×6’s? I’m thinking of building two and connecting them. Adding a bathroom to one.

Yes, we use 2×6 lumbers. The best way is to provide us with a simple sketch so we can easily understand your needs!

What is those red arrows in the floor plan?

Fountain: I never have seen those screw drive in the ground at local home depot before.

Red arrows are the position of the cross-section.
This fireplace/wooden stove designation is: “Thorma Bozen”
